We have been offering educational (non-sales) seminars on real estate around Vancouver for over a decade and with over 40 years of combined business and real estate experience we are able to tailor our talks to the needs of a wide variety of audiences. 

As I write this (May 2020) we are in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, so for everyone's health and safety all seminars are are currently suspended. However, we are very much looking forward to getting back to seeing and speaking with local communities, organizations and businesses to help them navigate the sometimes turbulent waters of Vancouver real estate. We do this through the following:

* by providing real information - beyond sound-bites - about the market;

* explaining how the business of real state actually works -  the good, the bad and the ugly

* identifying the essential aspects of buying and selling; and  

* identifying the strategies that consumers need to use to ensure their real estate experience is a successful one.

Our approach is the opposite of how a lot of real estate is approached. We believe in radical transparency, and an ethic of sharing knowledge and trust: that you can trust that we will share with you everything that we can think of that will help you in your real estate experience. We know that the more educated you and we are, the better it is for all of us. That is how we approach our seminars, and that is how we conduct our business and our lives.
